Allow for branding/customization of notification emails
My new users (or non-frequent) users are getting confused by the notification emails saying they have new tasks. There is no indication this is coming from an internal user at our company. They commonly think it is coming from the end client who issued the RFP. So what happens is that they send it to my team thinking we have more question from the RFP.
The emails should have some indication of who assigned the task and that this is internal to our company and not from an outside entity.
