How do I narrow down my Knowledge Base searches?

Searching Knowledge Base items can be pinpointed in the search field with a few simple advanced items:


Double quotes - "---" for looking for exact content, whether it is in the Question or Response.
ex: "How many clients are you currently servicing?"

These next two need to be CAPITALIZED when you use them:
  • OR - looking for one word or others in your string of keywords, will return more content.
    ex: Clients OR Service OR Servicing
  • AND - explicitly looking for particular keywords together in one KB item
    ex: Clients AND Servicing
