Can I archive content in the Knowledge Base?

Not technically within RFP365. The content that lives in the Knowledge Base is the active version. In a Proposal, we do store each draft as writers edit responses but what is stored in the Knowledge Base is the version. 

So, outside of seeing who made a change and when they made it, there is no archival process in the Knowledge Base.

Note: When you delete something from the Knowledge Base, it is gone.

Comparable options:
If you wish to Delete content from the Knowledge Base we always to Administrators to Download/Export the Knowledge Base. Your export will be based on your search and filter criteria. Additionally, we do also recommend that tagging Knowledge Base items could be a way to filter particular items either in - or - out.
