We recently added the ability to filter by "No Tag" and "Not" a certain tag in the Knowledge Base. To do this, go to:
1. Knowledge Base
2. Click on the "Tags" filter
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select "No Tag" to filter by records that are not tagged OR "Not" and then enter a certain tag name to exclude a tag from your search.
Thank you for providing this recommendation. We have had question formatting requests from multiple users, and plan to make this functionality available in the next few months. I will keep you posted on the status of this enhancement request!

I wanted to provide you with a status update on this idea. This functionality will eventually be available through our Knowledge Base Dashboard, which we are currently building out. We are looking to roll out the Dashboard in phases, and the identification of duplicate entries is something that will be available in the months to come. The Dashboard will identify duplicate entries, and then users can go in and merge them. We will send out a notification email when the functionality is available.
