What are Proposal template placeholders in the export?

Proposal Templates are for when you Export into Word

Now you have the ability for your Proposal Templates to inherit particular contents of your project when exporting your Proposal into a Word Document. These will only take in the peripheral places outside of the Proposal Outline [[...Body...]] contents. Preparer information, POC, Proposal Details and Created Date will automatically take in areas in which you designate in your Proposal Template.

Note that these Proposal [Template] Placeholder text options are different from Response Placeholder text that is available while using Knowledge Base responses in your Proposal.

Here is an overview of Proposal Placeholders for Word Exports (for further details and examples click here):

1) The user who exported the proposal:
${Preparer}
${Preparer First Name}
${Preparer Last Name}

Ex: John Smith, John, Smith

2) Point of Contact for the Proposal, can be found within the details page:
${POC}
${POC First Name}
${POC Last Name}

Ex: Jane Johnson, Jane, Johnson

3) Proposal details:
${Proposal}
${Client}
${Company}

Ex: Standard RFP, ACME Co., Generic Inc.

4) Created date placeholders:
${Created}
${Created Month}
${Created Year}
${Created Day}

Ex: 11/20/2018, Nov, 2018, 20

5) Ability to insert proposal contents within a particular portion of the Proposal Template export:
[[Insert Body Here]]

Will take the contents of the Sections, Questions and Responses and plop them down into your Proposal Export.
Note: You do need to have the I, B, and H of Insert Body Here CAPITALIZED to get it to properly take.

6) NOTE CURRENT BEHAVIOR AND LIMITATIONS:
  1. At this time Headers and Footers will not satisfy these placeholders
  2. These ${Proposal Placeholders} do not work within the Question/Responses of your Proposal
  3. Page breaks will occur after Table of Contents (ToC)
  4. Know that you can turn on the ToC at the time of your Export find out more about that here
