What if I get locked out of my account?

Each account has a lock-out period in the Account Settings. This is configured by your Administrator. The default is 30 minutes. The default for password reset attempts is 5, so if you've hit your maximum log-in attempts, you'll have to wait a bit before trying again.

Your Administrator can unlock your user, or contact us at support@rfp365.com if needed within 30 minutes.  Otherwise simply attempt again after 30 minutes.

If you are an Administrator, you have configuration options in the Accounts page that look like this. You can access the Accounts page from the drop-down menu when you click on your name in the upper-right hand corner. 

You can also set up your user's Security Settings such as Password parameters. 

If you are unlocking a User, go to the Users page and you'll see a little lock icon next to the User in question. You can unlock that user by clicking on that icon.
