If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself from the RFP365 login page. You'll need to be in control and have access to the email address you use for your account.
If you are logged into RFP365, you can change your password through your user profile (drop-down under your name).
If you are locked out, due to too many unsuccessful attempts, you will have to wait out the lock-out period. This is configured by your administrator, so those rules vary by organization.
**Important Note** The system only allows 5 attempts by default and will display a warning message after 3 unsuccessful attempts before it will lock you out for 30 minutes. To be sure you don't get locked out and can continue your work, you might want to reset your password the moment you see the warning text.
To reset your password:
- Go to: https://my.rfp365.com/public/forgot-password
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email inbox for direction.
